Contracts AI

What columns are available and how do I sort?

Available default columns in Contract tables, custom fields, and sorting in Contract Tables and Views.

Contract Views let you control which columns appear and how records are sorted.

Available columns

A view can include:

  • System fields (built-in contract attributes)
  • Custom fields created at the organization level
  • View-specific custom fields created directly in a view (if enabled)

You can add/remove columns in Create View or Update View.

Custom fields

Organization custom fields

These are fields created by your admin (or users with permission) and shared across the workspace.

  • Added via Add existing field
  • Can be used as columns and filters
  • Examples: Region, Business Unit, Internal Owner, Risk Tier

View-specific custom fields

These are fields created directly in a specific view.

  • Added via Add new field
  • Useful for workflow-specific tracking
  • Can be used as columns and filters in that view

Sorting

  • Click a column header to sort by that column
  • Click again to toggle ascending/descending
  • Sorting applies to the current filtered result set
  • Saved views may persist sort order (based on workspace configuration)

Notes

  • Field names may appear differently if your admin has customized Field Labels. Check out the Field Labels documentation for how to manage them.
  • If a field is missing, it may be restricted by permissions or not enabled in your workspace
