Columns and filters
Customize which columns and filters apply to a view. Add or remove columns, set filter conditions, and save your choices so the view shows exactly the contracts you need.
You can change which columns appear and which filters are applied in a contract view.
Columns
- Use the view builder or column picker to add or remove columns.
- Drag column headers to reorder.
- Some columns are editable in the table; double‑click a cell to edit where allowed.
Filters
- Apply filters (e.g. contract type, date range, status) from the filter bar.
- Filters persist with the view when you save.
- Clear filters to see all contracts in the view’s scope.
Saving the view stores the current column order and filters for everyone with access to that view.
