Manage Organization Settings

Edit your organization behaviour—manage analysis language, chat retention, contract execution data i'mport settings etc. Changes apply org-wide.

Organization Settings stores your tenant’s organization wide settings for contract intake/analysis: legal-style naming, domain, size, and optional welcome content. Values are used in contracts, reporting context, and the first-login experience for your users.

Allow Uploading ContractsWhen disabled, users in your organization cannot manually upload contract files. Contracts can still be imported from connected integrations.
Analysis LanguageThe primary language used when analyzing contracts for your organization. Set this to Auto Detect to use the language of the contract or choose from around the following languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hebrew, Turkish, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and Finnish.
Retain Chat History and Retention PeriodWhen enabled, chat conversations are saved for users in your organization. Disable to prevent chat history from being stored. Also set time for how long chat sessions are kept before the we delete them.
Import fully executed contracts onlyWhen enabled, contracts that are not fully executed are blocked from upload/import and logged to Admin Error Tracking.
Extract Contract Execution DataWhen enabled, signatory information (names, titles, signing dates, and party details) is automatically extracted from uploaded contracts and stored for use in custom fields.
Onboarding messageRich text shown to users in your org the first time they log in. Supports bold, italic, links, and lists. Leave blank to skip the welcome screen.

Scope and access

  • Settings apply to your whole organization (all users in this tenant).
  • Typically only admins can open this panel.
  • In multi-tenant deployments, each organization maintains its own profile.
