SignNow integration

Connect SignNow to import signed documents. Set up the SignNow integration with your credentials so executed agreements are available in Contracts AI for analysis and storage.

Connect your SignNow account to import signed documents into Contracts AI. Setup is in Admin (or Settings) → SignNow.

Connect Your SignNow Account

  1. In the SignNow panel, click Connect SignNow Account (or the equivalent connect button).
  2. A SignNow OAuth window or redirect opens. Sign in and authorize the app to access your SignNow account.
  3. After authorization, you’re returned to the app and your credentials are saved. The panel shows SignNow connected successfully! and may report how many documents were found. If documents were found, an automatic document sync may start after a short delay.

After connection

  • Use Sync Documents in the panel to sync (or re-sync) documents from SignNow. When sync completes, you’ll see a message like Synced X of Y documents from SignNow!
  • Imported documents appear in your contracts list. You can open them from Contract Views or contract detail.
  • Use Disconnect to remove the SignNow connection. Already-imported contracts remain in the app.
