Contracts AI

SharePoint integration

Connect Microsoft SharePoint and select sites to import and analyze contracts. Authorize with Microsoft, choose sites or libraries to sync, and keep contract documents in sync with Contracts AI.

Connect SharePoint so Contracts AI can import and analyze contracts from your chosen SharePoint sites. Setup is done in Admin (or Settings) → SharePoint.

Step 1 of 2: Connect to Microsoft SharePoint

  1. In the SharePoint panel, read the short description: you will be redirected to Microsoft to sign in and grant access.
  2. Click Connect to SharePoint.
  3. You are redirected to Microsoft’s secure login page. Sign in with your Microsoft account.
  4. Grant permission to access your SharePoint files when prompted.
  5. You are redirected back to the app. If the connection succeeds, the panel may show Verify Connection to load your sites. Click Verify Connection (or the step may advance automatically) to load the list of SharePoint sites.

Step 2 of 2: Select SharePoint Sites

  1. After connection, the app shows Step 2 of 2: Select SharePoint Sites. Use the Search sites... box to filter the list if needed.
  2. Select which SharePoint sites to analyze for contracts. You can use Select All or tick individual sites. Only contracts in selected sites will be analyzed.
  3. Click Save X Site(s) (or Done if you select none). Your site choices are saved and contract analysis starts in the background. You can continue using the app while analysis runs.

After setup

  • Contracts from the selected sites appear in Contract Views (subject to permissions). Use Sync to [source] on a contract detail page to refresh extraction if the document was updated in SharePoint.
  • To change which sites are synced, open AdminSharePoint again, adjust the selection, and save.
  • Use Disconnect in the panel to remove the SharePoint connection. Already-imported contracts remain; only new syncs are stopped.
