Secured Signing integration
Connect Secured Signing using API credentials to import documents. Enter your API credentials and configure the connection to pull signed documents into Contracts AI.
Connect Secured Signing by entering your API credentials in Admin (or Settings) → Secured Signing. The app then imports documents from your Secured Signing account.
Connect Your Secured Signing Account
- In the Secured Signing panel, read the note: you need to enter your Secured Signing API credentials to connect.
- Enter API Key (required). You can get this from your Secured Signing account or admin.
- Enter API Secret (required). Use Show / Hide to toggle visibility. Keep these credentials secure.
- Scope is optional; the default is Basic ISign WeSign. Change only if your Secured Signing setup requires a different scope.
- Click the connect/authorize button. The app uses the credentials to connect. When successful, the panel shows Secured Signing connected successfully! and may report how many documents were found. If documents were found, an automatic document sync may start after a short delay.
After connection
- Use Sync Documents in the panel to sync (or re-sync) documents. When processing finishes, you’ll see a message like Synced X of Y documents from Secured Signing!
- Imported documents appear in your contracts list.
- Use Disconnect to remove the connection. Already-imported contracts remain; credentials are cleared from the app configuration.
