Box integration

Connect Box so Contracts AI can import files (e.g. contracts) from your Box account. Setup is in Admin (or Settings) → Box.

Step 1: Redirect URI and app configuration

1. The panel shows a Redirect URI that you must add to your Box app’s Redirect URIs section. Use Copy to copy it.
2. Open View Setup Instructions in the panel for detailed steps. In general:
   • Go to the Box Developer Console → Create New App → choose OAuth 2.0.
   • In the app configuration, add the Redirect URI you copied from the Contracts AI panel.
   • Create or copy your Client ID and Client Secret from the Box app.
3. In the Contracts AI panel, enter Client ID and Client Secret, then save the configuration (e.g. Save or Save & Connect). The app validates the configuration and may then open the Box OAuth flow.

Step 2: Connect and sync

1. After saving config, click the button to Connect to Box (or the flow may start automatically). Sign in to Box and authorize the app.
2. When connection succeeds, the panel shows that Box is connected and may report how many files were found. If files were found, an automatic sync may start; otherwise use Sync Files to import files from Box.
3. When sync completes, you’ll see a message like Processed X of Y files from Box and the panel may show Sync Complete!

After connection

• Imported files appear in your contracts list (subject to supported file types and analysis). Use Sync Files anytime to get the latest files from Box.
• Use Disconnect to remove the Box connection. Already-imported contracts remain in the app.
