How do I change my password?

Update your password from Settings when you sign in with email and password. What to do in case of a forgotten password.

If you sign in with email and password, you can change your password from your account settings.

Steps to change password

  1. Expand the left navigation by clicking on it.
  2. Click your name at the bottom to open the account menu.
  3. Click Settings (or the gear icon).
  4. On the settings page, open Change Password.
  5. Enter your current password, then your new password twice.
  6. Click Save or Update password.

In case you have forgotten you password, there are 2 ways to reset your password:

From the login page (Forgot password)

  1. Click Forgot password?
  2. Enter your email and click Send OTP
  3. Verify the OTP from email
  4. Set and confirm your new password
  5. Sign in with the new password

Ask your admin (Manage Users)

  1. Contact your admin
  2. Admin opens Admin SettingsSecurity tab → Manage Users
  3. Admin triggers a password reset for your account in the list of users
  4. Complete the reset steps from the email/invite flow

If your org uses SSO-only login (Google/Microsoft), use SSO sign-in instead of password reset.


Your new password must meet the following requirements

  1. Password can't be too similar to the email address
  2. Password can't be a commonly used string (e.g.: 123456, password, etc.)
  3. Password can't have sequential characters (e.g.: 123, abc, etc.)
  4. Password need to be atleast 10 characters long

After changing, use the new password the next time you log in. If your organization uses SSO only, you won't see a Change Password option; update your password in your identity provider (e.g. Google or Microsoft) instead.
