How do I change my password?
Update your password from Settings when you sign in with email and password. What to do in case of a forgotten password.
If you sign in with email and password, you can change your password from your account settings.
Steps to change password
- Expand the left navigation by clicking on it.
- Click your name at the bottom to open the account menu.
- Click Settings (or the gear icon).
- On the settings page, open Change Password.
- Enter your current password, then your new password twice.
- Click Save or Update password.
In case you have forgotten you password, there are 2 ways to reset your password:
From the login page (Forgot password)
- Click Forgot password?
- Enter your email and click Send OTP
- Verify the OTP from email
- Set and confirm your new password
- Sign in with the new password
Ask your admin (Manage Users)
- Contact your admin
- Admin opens Admin Settings → Security tab → Manage Users
- Admin triggers a password reset for your account in the list of users
- Complete the reset steps from the email/invite flow
If your org uses SSO-only login (Google/Microsoft), use SSO sign-in instead of password reset.
Your new password must meet the following requirements
- Password can't be too similar to the email address
- Password can't be a commonly used string (e.g.: 123456, password, etc.)
- Password can't have sequential characters (e.g.: 123, abc, etc.)
- Password need to be atleast 10 characters long
After changing, use the new password the next time you log in. If your organization uses SSO only, you won't see a Change Password option; update your password in your identity provider (e.g. Google or Microsoft) instead.
