How do I search within a contract view?
Use the search box to find contracts in the current view. Search runs within the contracts already shown by the view's filters so you can narrow results quickly.
When a contract view is open, you can narrow the list with the search box.
How it works
- The search field is usually at the top of the view (above or beside the table).
- Type keywords (e.g. a party name, contract type, or ID). The table filters to show only rows that match your search.
- Search typically applies to visible text in the table (titles, parties, types, etc.). Exact behavior may depend on how your admin configured searchable fields.
- Clear the search box to see all contracts in the view again.
Search applies in addition to any filters already set on the view. So you might have a filter for "Contract type = MSA" and then search for "Acme" to see only MSAs involving Acme. Combining search and filters helps you quickly find specific contracts in large views.
