Can I export contract view data?

Depending on your permissions and configuration, you can export data from a contract view for reporting or offline use.

How to export

• With a contract view open, look for Export (or “Download”) in the toolbar or menu. You may be able to export current page, all visible/filtered rows, or selected rows only (if you’ve checked some contracts).
• Choose format if offered (e.g. CSV, Excel, or PDF). CSV is common for columns and metadata; PDF may be used for a printable summary.
• Run the export. The file downloads to your device.

What’s included

• Exported data usually includes the columns visible in the view (and possibly a few standard fields). Custom fields and system fields you can see are included; hidden or restricted columns are not.
• Permissions apply: you only export contracts and fields you’re allowed to see. Sensitive or restricted fields may be omitted or masked.

If you don’t see Export, your role may not have export permission or the feature may be disabled. Ask your admin to enable it or grant the right permission.
