Can I perform bulk actions on contracts in a view?

Select multiple contracts and apply actions in bulk. Use checkboxes to select rows in a view, then run actions on all selected contracts at once.

Depending on your permissions, you can select multiple contracts in a view and run actions on them at once.

Selecting contracts

Use checkboxes in the table to select one or more contracts.
Use the select all option (if available) to select all contracts on the current page or in the filtered set.
Your selection is usually shown in a bar or summary (e.g. "3 selected").

Common bulk actions

Delete – Remove the selected contracts (after confirmation). Requires delete permission.
Export – Export selected contracts or their metadata (e.g. CSV or PDF), if the feature is enabled.
Change type – Update contract type for selected contracts, if your admin allows it.
Archive – Move selected contracts to an archived state, if archiving is enabled.

After choosing an action, confirm in the dialog. Bulk actions apply only to the contracts you selected; filters and search do not change the underlying data for other contracts. If an action fails for some contracts (e.g. permission denied), you may see a partial success message or an error list.
