What you'll see

• Governing law – Jurisdiction and choice of law.
• Indemnity – Indemnification obligations and scope.
• Liability – Limitation of liability, caps, exclusions.
• Confidentiality – Confidentiality obligations and exceptions.
• Other legal/compliance fields – As configured (e.g. insurance, dispute resolution, data protection).

You need the View legal and compliance terms permission to see this tab. Use it to compare risk and legal terms across contracts or to support compliance reviews. Editable fields can be updated after manual review if your permissions allow.
