How do I compare two or more contracts?

You can compare contracts to see differences in terms, clauses, or key fields.

Compare to gold standard

• From a contract detail page, click Compare with Gold Standard. The app highlights how this contract’s clauses differ from your organization’s gold standard. This is a single-contract vs. standard comparison.

Compare multiple contracts

• From Home, ask the AI a comparison question, e.g. “Compare all MSAs in terms of payment terms, risks, and differences.” The AI can return a summary or table comparing key terms across those contracts.
• You can also select two or more contracts from a table and use the Compare button from the action menu to initiate a chat to compare those contracts for general terms and follow up with more questions.
