Share saved prompts / Chat template (Admin)
Manage suggested prompts shown on the Home page. Create and edit the prompts that appear as suggestions so users can quickly start common AI conversations.
Admins can define suggested prompts (and sometimes shared chat templates) that appear on the Home page for users. This standardizes common questions and speeds up adoption.
Where to manage
- Admin → Share Chat Template or Share Saved Prompts (or similar).
- You can add prompts: title, description, and the actual question text (e.g. "List contracts expiring in the next 60 days with renewal and notice period").
- Edit or reorder prompts. Remove ones that are outdated.
- Some systems let you target prompts by role or contract view.
How they appear
- On Home, users see cards or a list of these prompts. Clicking one pre-fills or sends the question to the AI.
- This gives everyone a consistent set of "starter" questions and ensures common analyses (e.g. expiring contracts, payment terms) are one click away.
Keep prompts clear and aligned with your most frequent use cases. Update them when you add new contract types or change reporting needs.
