Directory Sync via SCIM

Sync corporate directory via SCIM to onboard or offboard users automatically.

Admins can setup SCIM using the instructions below

Where to configure

  1. Admin → Security tab → Manage Users → Directory Sync
  2. Click on "Generate Token" button
  3. Copy the SCIM Base URL and Bearer Token

Note: The Bearer Token will be visible only at this point.

Microsoft Entra ID

  1. In the Azure portal, open Microsoft Entra ID → Enterprise Applications → New application
  2. Click on "Create your own application" called "ContractsAI Provisioning"
  3. Select "Integrate any other application you don't find in the gallery (Non-gallery)"
  4. Click Create
  5. Click Test Connection to verify.
  6. Navigate to "Provisioning"
  7. Go through the provisioning workflow

Entra security groups are synced as departments. When a user moves groups in your directory, their department assignment here updates automatically.

Google Workspace

Google Workspace natively doesn't support SCIM for thirdparty applications. Plesae use third party providers such as Okta.
