Quick Stats

Use Organization tab stat cards and the analytics sidebar for trends, growth, and breakdowns.

Open Admin Settings to see multiple tabs available on top:

  • Organization
  • Contract Management
  • Security
  • Integrations

This guide covers the Organization tab: four headline cards and the analytics sidebar opened by clicking a card.

Headline stat cards

Each card shows a large number, an icon, and—on most cards—a small badge. Click a card to open the matching analytics sidebar.

CardWhat the number represents
Total contractsContracts visible within your admin scope.
Total usersUsers in your organization.
Active users (last week)Rolling 7 days: distinct users with at least one logged activity event. The large value may show month-over-month change in activity volume; badges add context (below).
Chat questionsUser chat messages (questions) in sessions owned by users in your org.

Badges (corner of the card)

  • Total contracts and Total users: Month-over-month % from cumulative counts at month-end (contracts existing by that date; users who joined by that date). Positive growth uses green styling; otherwise neutral.
  • Active users (last week): one badge for MoM % change in activity events (calendar months); another for share of all users active in the last 7 days.
  • Chat questions: no corner badge—total only.

Summary tiles (contracts, users, active users)

Two tiles appear at the top:

  1. Current total (or the period figure used for growth)—e.g. total contracts, total users, or (active users) activity event count for the latest month in the growth calculation.
  2. Growth — percentage with a “?” tooltip showing the exact formula text from the product.

Growth is month-over-month, comparing the latest full calendar month to the previous month.

Total contracts — Cumulative contract count at each month-end:

Growth %Cthis month-endCprior month-endCprior month-end×100\text{Growth \%} \approx \frac{C_{\text{this month-end}} - C_{\text{prior month-end}}}{C_{\text{prior month-end}}} \times 100

where (C) = contracts created before that month boundary.

Total users — Same pattern for cumulative headcount (users with date_joined before each month-end).

Active users (last week) — Compares counts of activity-log events (all types) in the current vs previous calendar month:

Growth %=current month eventsprevious month eventsprevious month events×100\text{Growth \%} = \frac{\text{current month events} - \text{previous month events}}{\text{previous month events}} \times 100

If the previous month had no events, growth may not appear.

Extra tiles (active users only)

  • User active this week — distinct users with logged activity in the last 7 days.
  • % of active users this week:
active users (last 7 days)total users×100\frac{\text{active users (last 7 days)}}{\text{total users}} \times 100

Total users(no month trend)Top departments: pie + list.
Active users (last week)Bar — User activityLast 6 calendar months. Each bar = event count in that month (not cumulative).
Chat questionsBar — Questions over timeNot cumulative. Toggle Day (last 30 days), Week (last 12 Mon–Sun weeks), or Month (last 6 calendar months). Total questions matches the headline count.

Breakdown lists

  • Total contractsTop 3 categories by contract count (respects field label customization).
  • Total usersTop departments (pie + list).
  • Active users (last week)Top users by logged events in the last 6 months (name, email, counts).

Tips

  • Use cards for a quick pulse; use the sidebar for trend and composition (categories, departments, heaviest users).
  • For Chat questions, change Day / Week / Month to spot spikes vs steady usage.
  • usually means loading or unavailable data.
